Our desire is simple: to glorify God by making disciples through the faithful preaching of God's Word, authentic community, and lives transformed by the Gospel.

Three things that are true every time we gather.
Christ-centered, Bible-driven
Every gathering puts the Bible at the center. Our preaching is verse-by-verse and points to Jesus. You won't find a show here, just the Word taught plainly.
Come as you are
A relaxed, welcoming room. People come in everything from shorts and T-shirts to business casual. There's no dress code here.
A family, not a crowd
We're small enough to know your name. Expect a warm welcome, honest conversation, and a place to belong.

A few honest questions
Do I have to believe a certain way to attend?
Not at all. Come with your questions, doubts, or full-hearted faith. You're welcome exactly as you are.
Is Damascus Road right for my family?
We're a small, close-knit family church. Kids sit with their parents in worship, so grandparents and grandchildren gather together under one roof.
I've never read the Bible. Is that okay?
More than okay. Our preaching walks verse-by-verse through Scripture, so you can follow along whether it's your first time opening a Bible or your thousandth.
Is Damascus Road Indy the same church as Bridgeport Central Baptist Church?
Yes. Damascus Road Indy is the next chapter of Bridgeport Central Baptist Church. We're honoring that legacy while re-planting under a new name, and we're currently gathering as Bridgeport Central until our public launch on November 1, 2026.
What denomination is Damascus Road Indy?
We're a Baptist church, and we affirm the Baptist Faith & Message 2000 as our doctrinal statement. In short: the Bible is God's inerrant Word, and salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone.
